Motherboards with DDR3 are very delicated with memory types.

There are two solutions to unexplained freezes

First is to increase memory voltage or from 1.5V to ~1.6V

Second is to decrease BUS clock from 1333MHz to 1066MHz.

You will not notice any perfomance degradation because at 1333MHz the CL is 9 but

at 1066MHz the CL is 7.
