Running reports in Forefront TMG 2010 yields virtually unreadable reports no matter what browser or version of browser you use .
The problem is that reports are in old document format.
Find the report folder and edit the Report.htm
Under the <head> add the following line
<meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=7">
Save Report.htm file and use your Internet Explorer to open it (double click on it).
You report should now be/read fine.
