Some users have this issue without any obvious reason..
Follow the steps bellow
- Go to "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Services\Cache"
- Open "Config.xml" by right clicking the file and selecting Edit. (It will probably open in Notepad.)
- Go to File and select Save (in Notepad) without making any changes. If save is greyed out just add a character at the end of the file and then delete it.
- After 10-20 seconds close gadget and start it again.
* replace "USERNAME" in the above path with the name of the currently logged on user.
